*Customer should receive product/s within the delivery time estimation as long as stock is available and ready to ship. If out of stock and unable to get product/s from the manufacturer in the estimated time frame, you will be contacted by one of our sales team to give you the option of either upgrading to another model, cancelling the order or waiting on the product to arrive into stock. If customer has not received any updates within this time period, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If the item you order is marked out of stock at the time of order, we will back order the item. Orders with multiple items may take a few extra days for delivery.
 
Cancelling your order
Please read 'Shipping and Delivery' carefully before ordering. If cancelling an order within the quoted delivery time, a re-stocking fee will be charged. If cancelling an order after the item has been shipped, a re-stocking fee plus the shipping fee will apply. Make sure to choose the correct item and that the quoted delivery time is acceptable prior to ordering.
 
Tracking your order
To track an order status, simply log into 'My Account' to get an update. If ordered a small product an email with a consignment or tracking number will be able to follow the progress.
 
Delivery of large items 
Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once an order has been placed and the item is in stock, one of the sales team will be in touch via phone to arrange a delivery date. Please expect a call by the driver prior to delivery.
 
Taking away an old unit/product
Deliveries within the Melbourne metropolitan area do have the option of getting an appliance installed  and old unit removed by Appliance Warehouse. We do not guarantee this service to be available for all deliveries as we use a variety of couriers or third party drivers. We are not responsible for the delivery drivers who are unable to take away old units.
 
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If not home at the time of delivery for large items, the driver will ring the number on the order trying to reach the customer. The driver will leave a card on the doorstep or letterbox. A sales team member will try to get in contact with customer to reschedule a convenient delivery date. The fee for delivery will be recharged.
 
If not home at the time of delivery of small items and order is shipped by Australia Post Eparcel the driver will leave a card. Please take the card into your nearest Australia Post Office.
 
Installation of products
Customers in the Melbourne metropolitan area who have ordered a non-ice and water dispensing fridge or washing machine have the option of getting the appliances installed by Appliance Warehouse.
 
Installation of Dishwashers
Customers in the Melbourne metropolitan area who have ordered a dishwasher have the option of getting their appliance delivered, installed and old unit removed by third party service provider TheDishwasherMan for an additional fee. What happens if my delivery address details change?
If your delivery details or any other details change then please log into 'My Account' or email us the new details.
 
Re-Shipping
A re-shipping fee will apply for any orders that have to be resent after they have either not been collected or received by the customer on the first delivery attempt. The fee will be the same as the original delivery fee.
 
Free Shipping
Yes, we do free shipping on some of our products which are also limited by suburbs. These products are displayed with a red ribbon 'Free Delivery*' icon on top left corner of an eligible product. You can verify whether a product is eligible for a free delivery or not by keying your postcode on the product page.
