Unhappy with your product?
If not satisfied with product ordered, please contact us within 14 days via sales@appliancewarehouse.com.au
• As long as product is in the same condition as received, with all its packaging, we will fully reimburse for the amount paid for the product minus the cost of shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee (or a minimum of $10).
• You will be reimbursed via the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase.

** Our return policy does not apply for any accessories and small/spare parts product listed on our website.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If finding product faulty or defective within 14 days of receiving it, please advise us via email sales@appliancewarehouse.com.au or telephone. Please provide us with order number, the product in which should be returned and the full details of the fault.
If item is damaged in transit, customer needs to let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damage.
An Australia Post reply paid return label will be sent via email which customer needs to print out and attach to the side of a box and drop into a local post office. 
Cancelling your order prior to delivery or after the item has been shipped
Please read 'Shipping and Delivery' carefully before ordering. If cancelling an order within the quoted delivery time, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or a minimum of $10 will apply. If cancelling an order after the item has been shipped, a re-stocking fee plus the shipping fee will be charged. Make sure to choose the correct item and that the quoted delivery time is acceptable prior to ordering.
