Like most online retailers, we charge your card as soon as you place the order. We will ship your item as soon as possible.

You can either contact us via Toll Free number located on the top right-hand side of our home page or you can email us atsales@appliancewarehouse.com.au.

To place an order you will need to click on the “add to cart” button which will take you through to the shopping cart page. Click “Checkout now” and simply fill out your name and address details as well as completing the selected payment method. Once this is all done, all you need to do is push on the “complete purchase” button to finalise your order. You should receive an order confirmation within a matter of minutes through to the email address you used when placing your order.

You are able to place an order anytime, (24 hours, 7 days a week).

Yes. Your credit card details are fully secured while placing an order with us, all the sensitive information entered on our website are fully encrypted by VeriSign (Symantec) 128Bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. We do not store the credit card details once the payment has been processed at our end.

If you are not able to find the stock availability information on the specific product, please contact us via email or telephone and we will provide you with the product availability.

To find the delivery price, please enter your shipping address postcode into the Delivery Calculator and push the “go” button.

Yes, we do free shipping on some of our brands and/or products. You can verify whether a product is eligible for a free delivery or not to your suburb by keying your postcode on the product page.

If the product is in stock and we have received your payment, we will ship your item as soon as possible. If you are paying via BPAY or direct deposit please expect up to 3 extra business days for your payment to be processed. Please note that it can take up to 12 business days for delivery. Yes. All products come with their full comprehensive manufacturer warranty.

If you find that your product is faulty and it is within the manufacturer’s warranty period and/or replacement warranty, please get in touch with one of our sales team members who will be able to send an email with an Australia Post reply paid label to return your faulty product for a replacement. Once you have received this label, all you need to do is print it out and attach to the side of the box packed with all parts & manuals and drop it into your local post office.

Please have a look under Shipping and Delivery for the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for your state. You should receive your product/s within the delivery time estimation as long as stock is available and ready to ship. For urgent delivery please check if product/s is in stock before purchasing.

Yes. Appliance Warehouse offers 5 or 3 Year repair or replacement warranty on most of the products listed on our website. You can find the warranty information on the right hand side of the product page.

All cash back offers should be done directly through the manufacturers. You will pay for the item through us and then apply for the cash back through the manufacturer of your product. You can generally find the cash back forms on the manufacturer's website.

We do not ship any of our products internationally.

If your delivery details or any other details change for whatever reason, you can either log into ‘My Account’ or email us your new details to our enquires email address enquiries@appliancewarehouse.com.au.

To track your order status, simply log into your account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ button or link on our contact us page to get an update on the progress of your order. If you have ordered a small product you will receive an email with a consignment or tracking number and will be able to follow the progress of your parcel or you can email us at enquiries@appliancewarehouse.com.au.

If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will ring the number on the order to try and reach you. Failing this the driver will leave a note on your doorstep or letterbox, notifying you of the time they were there. A sales team member from the office will then try and get in contact with you as soon as possible to reschedule a convenient delivery date. You will be recharged the delivery fee again.

For items 20kg's or below and you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave a note either on your doorstep or letterbox notifying you of their delivery. You will need to take the delivery card into your nearest Australia Post Office and your photo identity proof (Australian Driver’s Licence, Passport, and Student ID) to pick up your parcel

The first thing you should do is to get in contact with Appliance Warehouse via email or telephone.

The extended warranty is handled by Lumley Insurance, simply call their helpline on 1800 003 499. If your product is broken and still in the manufacturer’s warranty period, you may contact the manufacturer directly or contact us for the manufacturer’s service details.

Small products with weight 20kg's and below will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel. Products over 20kg's will be delivered throughout Australia by an expansive network of carriers including direct from the manufacturer, courier service (Allied Express) or by our own drivers.

No, we do not connect up any ice and water featured fridges.
