Unhappy with your product?If you find that you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you have 14 days to get in contact with one of the sales team members via admin@appliancewarehouse.com.au
• As long as the product is in the same condition as it arrived to you with all its packaging, we will fully reimburse you for the amount you paid for the product minus the cost of shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee (or a minimum of $10).
• You will be reimbursed via the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase.
** Our return policy does not apply for any accessories and small/spare parts product listed on our website.
Faulty or Damaged GoodsIf you find your product to be faulty or defective within 14 days of receiving it, please advise us via email at admin@appliancewarehouse.com.au or via our live chat. You will need to provide your order number, the product in which you would like to return, and the full details of the fault.
If your item is damaged in transit, you will need to let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will require you to send photos of the damage.
Our sales team will send you via email an Australia Post reply paid return label which you will need to print out and attach to the side of the box and drop into your local post office.
Cancelling your order prior to delivery or after the item has been shipped
Please read our delivery times carefully before you order. If you choose to cancel your order within the quoted delivery time, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or a minimum of $10. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped you will be charged a re-stocking fee plus the shipping fee. Make sure you choose the correct item and be sure that the quoted delivery time is acceptable prior to ordering.
