Do you email a newsletter of your latest specials?

Yes. All you need to do is enter your email details into the Newsletter Sign Up banner at the top of the left hand side of the home page and receive emails on new products, promotions and limited time specials.

 

Does ApplianceWarehouse sell damaged, second-hand or factory seconds products?

No. ApplianceWarehouse does not handle any damaged, second-hand or factory seconds, only brand new products in a box with a full comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty.

 

What if I can't find a product that I am looking for?

Please email us the model and brand and we will get back to you with availability and price.

Where is your company based? 

We are based in Melbourne and we ship our products all over Australia.   


What are your business hours?

Our business hours are from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

 

 

PRE-PURCHASE QUESTIONS

 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Direct Deposit and BPAY payments.

 

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all of our prices and shipping costs include GST.  

 

Do you charge my credit card as soon as I place the order or when it is shipped? 

Like most online retailers, we charge your card as soon as you place the order. We will ship your item as soon as possible, but please note the delivery times and plan accordingly. 


Can I extend the manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes. ApplianceWarehouse offers 5 or 3 Year repair Warranty on most of the products listed on the website. You can find the warranty information on the right hand side of the product pages.If we don’t have an extended warranty on the product, just send us through an email and we will add a warranty to that product. 

 

How do I claim the CASH BACK offers?

All CASH BACK offers should be done directly through the manufacturers.You will pay for the item through us and then apply for the cash back through the manufacturer of your product.You can generally find the cashback forms on the manufacturer's website.  

 

Do you ship internationally?

We don't currently offer international shipping. If you want to order something and have it shipped outside of Australia, you can use a mail forwarding company. Just ask us for the weight and dimensions of the packaged unit.

Can I pick my items up? 

No, we are an online retailer only. We don’t have any shops and our warehouse is not equipped for pick-ups. 

 

 

POST-PURCHASEQUESTIONS

 

What do I do if my delivery address details change?

If your delivery details or any other details change, please get in contact with our sales team via email enquires@appliancewarehouse.com.au

 

How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply log into your account by clicking on the My Account button on the homepage or by emailing us at enquiries@appliancewarehouse.com.au. If you have ordered a small product you will receive an email with a consignment or tracking number and will be able to follow the progress of your parcel.


What happens if the truck comes to deliver and I am not home?

If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will endeavour to call the phone numbers left with us at the time of order. Failing this the driver will leave a note on your door step or letterbox notifying you of the time they were there. A sales team member from the office will then try and get in contact with you as soon as possible to reschedule a convenient delivery date.

Items 20kg's or below will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel, if at the time of deliver you are not home the driver will leave a note either on your door step or letterbox notifying you of their delivery.You will be able to take the delivery note into your nearest AustraliaPost Office to pick up your parcel.


What happens if the item is delivered and I find that it is not working?

The first thing you should do is to get in contact with Appliance Warehouse via enquiries@appliancewarehouse.com.au.

 

What is the number need to call to make a claim when in the extended warranty period?

The Customer Toll-Free Number Claims Service is 1800 003 449 when in the extended warranty period. If your product has broken down and is still in the manufacturer’s warranty period, you may contact the manufacturer directly or contact us for the manufacturer’s service details.
