We reserve the right to require proof of identity and a scanned copy of the credit card used. If you use a foreign credit card, please send a copy of photo ID and credit card to sales@appliancewarehouse.com.au. We may require this even if you use an Australian card, but will advise if it is deemed necessary.
BPAY – Secure Internet banking transaction & telephone payment system
When placing an order online through Appliance Warehouse.com.au, under payment method select BPAY, once you have confirmed your order, on the bottom left hand corner of your invoice you will find a biller code and reference number. Using your secure bank account or telephone you can use the biller code and reference number to complete your order.

We also use PAYPAL electronic payment system.To set up your PAYPAL account, please click on PAYPAL.
For customers who don't have credit card or a PAYPAL account, we also offer DIRECT DEPOSIT. Once you select DIRECT DEPOSIT when placing your order the banking details will be attached to your invoice. Note (When transferring funds please use your order number as the reference number).
