How we deliver

Small products 20kg's and below will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel. To determine the cost of delivery all you need to do is select “delivery calculator” and simply enter your postcode and the calculator will give you the price. You then have the flexibility of being able to choose your preferred carrier that you would like to dispatch your parcel during checkout.

Products over 20kg's will be delivered throughout Australia by an expansive network of carriers including direct from the manufacturer, courier service (Allied Express) or by our own drivers.

*The previous delivery wait times are a general estimation and if you have not received your item within this period you may want to check with your local post office outlet as your parcel maybe awaiting collection. If it still hasn’t arrived and you have checked with your local Post Office please sed us an email to admin@appliancewarehouse.com.au.

*Please allow an extra 1-2 days of processing for the payment methods of BPAY and Direct Deposit.

*You should receive your product/s within these delivery time estimation as long as stock is available and ready to ship. If we are out of stock of your product/s and are unable to get them from the manufacturer in the estimated time frame, you will be contacted by one of our sales team within 72 hours to give you the option of either upgrading to another model, cancelling or waiting on the product you ordered to arrive in to stock. If you haven't received any updates from us within this time period, please don’t hesitate to email or contact us. If the item you order is marked out of stock at the time of order, we will back order your item.  Orders with multiple items may take a few extra days for delivery.  

Cancelling your order

Please read our delivery times carefully before you order.  If you choose to cancel your order within the quoted delivery time, you will be charged a re-stocking fee. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped you will be charged a re-stocking fee plus the shipping fee. Make sure you choose the correct item and be sure that the quoted delivery time is acceptable prior to ordering.


Tracking your order

To track your order, simply log into your account by clicking on the My Account button on the home page to follow the progress of your order. If you have ordered a small product you will receive an email with a consignment or tracking number and will be able to follow the progress of your parcel.

When we deliver large items (Fridges, Washers, Cooker's and large TV’s etc)

Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once your order has been placed on a large item and the item is in stock, one of the sales team will be in touch via phone to arrange a delivery date. Half an hour to an hour before your delivery is expected of a large product/s you will be contacted via phone by the driver notifying you of their estimated time of arrival.


Taking away an old unit/product

Deliveries within the Melbourne metropolitan area do have the option of getting an appliance installed by Appliance Warehouse of disposal of the old product. We do not guarantee this service to be available for all deliveries as we use a variety of couriers. We are not responsible for delivery drivers who are unable to take away old units.    


What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will ring the number on the order to try and reach you. Failing this the driver will leave a note on your doorstep or letterbox, notifying you of the time they were there. A sales team member from the office will then try and get in contact with you as soon as possible to reschedule a convenient delivery date.

For items 20kg's or below and you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave a note either on your doorstep or letterbox notifying you of their delivery. You will need to take the delivery card into your nearest Australia Post Office and some identification to pick up your parcel.


Installation of products

Customers in the Melbourne metropolitan area who have ordered a non-ice and water dispensing fridge or washing machine have the option of getting the appliances installed by Appliance Warehouse. This can be organised by either sending us an email sales@appliancewarehouse.com.au or letting the driver know when he calls before delivering the item.


What happens if my delivery address details change?

If your delivery details or any other details change for whatever reason, you can either log into My Account or email us your new details through our enquires email address enquiries@appliancewarehouse.com.au.
